Economic welbing

Unemployment is a significant issue for our country and the only solution to this problem is to engage our youth and women in getting skills so that they can contribute to supporting their families. FRHD aims to support the most vulnerable segments of society by providing livelihood opportunities coupled with capacity building of the target populations. This program hopes to have a positive impact and lead to enhanced healthcare, decrease poverty levels, eliminate criminal activity, and improve education.
FRHD focuses on providing direction, support, and an enabling environment to enhance the social and economic profile of women, children and youth through capacity building, skill transformation, leadership development and livelihood enhancement. We believe in developing skills and improving an individual’s self-esteem could not only result in better performance but could even change their family’s lifestyle.

Career Counselling and Soft Skills Training

FRHD also strives to provide career counselling and soft skills training to the members of the community to increase their chances of becoming financially independent. Soft skills training includes confidence building, self-grooming and hygiene tips, interpersonal skills, social interactions, group interactions, interview dos & don’ts, and preparation, time management, and resume preparation.
FRHD plans to provide workshops regarding these skills to several underprivileged communities to increase their chances of getting hired in the mainstream job market.
